Refund and Returns Policy

At PulseTech Hato, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we are happy to assist with returns and refunds in accordance with the terms outlined below.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- The return must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or email confirmation).
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products that have been opened or used.
- Customized or personalized products.
- Gift cards and downloadable software products.
- Items marked as final sale.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To begin a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at info@pulsetechhato.com or call (928) 778-5629 within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
- Once we approve your return request, we will provide you with return instructions and a return address.
- The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect items).
4. Refund Process
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Please note that it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
- We will notify you via email once your refund has been processed.
5. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please initiate a return for the item you want to exchange, and place a new order for the item you wish to receive.
6. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@pulsetechhato.com or (928) 778-5629. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.
7. Late Returns
Returns that are made outside of the 30-day return window may be subject to a restocking fee or may not be eligible for a refund. We encourage you to contact us as soon as possible if you experience any issues with your order.
8. Damaged Items
If your item is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, providing photos of the damaged item and the packaging. We will assist in resolving the issue by issuing a refund or sending a replacement.
